Inclusion and diversity are fundamental to our culture and core values at Rackstar. We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences, such as age, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity and expression, religion or sexual orientation.

For example, we believe the future workforce is an equal workforce. That’s why we recently set a goal to achieve a gender-balanced workforce, with 50 percent women and 50 percent men, by 2025. With a growing number of women at Rackstar, we know that attracting, inspiring and advancing women is critical to our success in a predominantly male industry.
